Privacy Policy

This page describes the data used for browsing, mining, the wallet and support requests.

Data Collection and Protection

The server processes technical data, including IP addresses. Mining addresses, hashrates, shares and blocks are used to monitor the pool; address statistics and blockchain data are public.

Use of Personal Data

The form emails support your name, email address, subject, message and optional attachment, along with your IP, browser and date. This information is used to handle your request.

Use of Cookies

lang remembers your language for 30 days. PHPSESSID is a session cookie used for language and wallet protections; it does not create an account. The wallet also keeps network and type for 60 days for network and address preferences.

The last mining address you enter is saved in this browser. The × button in My Stats removes it from the field and browser storage.

External services

Contact uses Google reCAPTCHA, which receives IP and browser data and may set cookies, including _GRECAPTCHA, to assess abuse risks. Some resources load from external providers, which receive the IP and technical request data.

Mining notifications

Optional alerts use your mining address, chosen language, events and delivery channels. Email alerts require email confirmation. Browser alerts require permission and store a technical subscription with encryption keys; encrypted messages pass through your browser provider (such as Google, Mozilla, Apple or Microsoft). Active subscriptions are kept until you disable them; delivery records are deleted after 7 days. Unconfirmed requests expire after 24 hours. Disabling alerts removes the email address and browser subscription from our alert records. Diagnostic samples are kept for 48 hours. These alerts never require a wallet key or password.

Diagnostic measurements are retained for 48 hours. Personal names stay in your browser; address statistics remain public.

  • Right of Access - You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right of Correction - You can request the correction of incorrect or incomplete data.
  • Right to Erasure - You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data.

Data Security

Web browsing uses HTTPS. Address statistics are public. Wallet private keys and transaction signing stay in your browser: never share your secrets with support.

Data Retention Period

Messages remain in the support mailbox; the form does not automatically delete them. The site defines no automatic purge of logs or mining history. Data recorded on the blockchain persists independently of the site.

Privacy Policy Modifications

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or technical changes. We encourage you to review it regularly.
